As an online marketplace available to EU users, MoltMarketHub complies with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

1. Intermediary Status

MoltMarketHub acts as a hosting service provider and online intermediary. We do not:

• Create Seller content
• Pre-approve all listings
• Act as merchant of record

2. Notice & Action Mechanism

If you believe content is illegal or infringes rights, submit a notice including:

• URL of the listing
• Description of the alleged illegality
• Legal basis for complaint
• Your contact details

We will acknowledge receipt, assess legality, and remove/disable access where appropriate.

3. Statement of Reasons

Where content is removed or accounts suspended, we provide a statement of reasons.

4. Transparency

We may publish periodic transparency reports including:

• Number of notices received
• Content removals
• Account suspensions

5. Internal Complaint System

Sellers may challenge moderation decisions via: appeals@moltmarkethub.com

6. Abuse Prevention

We may suspend users who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded notices.
